QUALIFICATIONS:
US Citizenship/Permanent Resident (REQUIRED)
Experience working with children & families (3 YEARS MINIMUM REQUIRED)
Confidentiality (REQUIRED)
CT Driver’s License in GOOD STANDING (REQUIRED)
Current CT motor vehicle registration & Current motor vehicle insurance Certificate (REQUIRED)
Current Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Training (REQUIRED)
Applicants that are bi-lingual Spanish & bi-lingual Creole are strongly encouraged to apply
Must have a bachelor's degree in Social Work, Early
Childhood Education, Psychology, or another related field.
Must have a minimum three years experience working
with children in a parent education, teaching, social work, judicial, or
counseling setting.
Must demonstrate excellent writing skills with documentation and competency in assessing parent/child/family interactions. Please submit a one page/paragraph writing sample with observations, positive feedback, and suggestions for improvement.
Responsibilities: Supervised Visitation workers are responsible for providing transportation and supervision of children and families during family visits. Supervised Visitation workers are also responsible for giving the family positive feedback, suggestions for improvement, and submitting Provider Documentation Reports no later than 48 hours after the visit occurs.
Current Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Training is Required.

This is a part-time position
75% travel
This is an Independent Contractor position

Work locations are in multiple locations around Connecticut
